At present, we ship exclusively within India. International shipping is not offered as our service area is currently restricted to domestic locations.
Once an order is received, processing starts within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your order details as soon as processing begins.
Delivery typically takes between 3 and 8 business days, subject to your location and courier service availability. Please be aware that unexpected events like adverse weather, logistical hurdles, or high demand during peak periods may cause delays.
If delivery is unsuccessful because of an incorrect address, recipient absence, or refusal to accept the package, the courier will attempt delivery two more times. Should these attempts fail, the package will be returned to our facility.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact our support team within 48 hours, including clear photos for assessment. In cases of lost shipments, we will work closely with our courier partners to either send a replacement or issue a refund.
